Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday September 19″, 2012 Start Time 6:30 pm CDT Attendees: Chris Thompson, Bob Thomas, Alan Reynolds, Ronnie Charnes, Henry Henke, Rick King, Dean Conner, Joe Bradish, Wes Grueninger, Mike Dietrich, Gene Kaiser, Drew Withrow, Ken Plourde, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Chris Thompson informed attendees that the ERA has a current balance of $29,841.77 in the ERA checking account with all bills paid in full. 2: Membership Report: a. b. Mike Schroeder was unable to attend the meeting and forwarded the following information. Membership is running about the same. Thirteen members did not renew in August with four of these renewing as of September 19″. Mike and Kristina are still working on the call program and will have more information available at the October ERA meeting. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Bob Thomas reported that the Tech. Line had a record number of calls in the month of August with 89 calls, with the calls coming from several different members. Bob informed attendees that the committee discussed possible seminars for the 2013 ERA Trade Show. Bob reported that the committee discussed having Dan Marinucci do a 4-hour seminar at the 2013 ERA Trade Show. Joe Bradish informed that he had contacted Dan and he agreed to attend the October Technical/Training Committee meeting. Gene Kaiser reported that he has made videos for Regitars Web Site and will see if these would be available for the ERA Web Site. Wes Grueninger informed that he has the Dixie TSB Library and the Jimco small engine PM Dynamo diagrams on the ERA Web Site. Both are up and running.
