Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday October 1*, 2014. President Henry Henke called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm CDT. Attendees: Art Glass, Henry Henke, Ronnie Charnes, Scott Scharrer, Howie Gore, Jerry Kieffer, Mike Dietrich, Bill Ernst, John Brillman, Lynn Gross, Bill Skillings, Kenny Turner, Bob Thomas, Larry Hagemeister, Lonnie Bain, John Prinvale, Wes Grueninger, Drew Withrow, Ken Plourde, Mike Schroeder, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. a. Mike Schroeder reported the ERA checking has a balance of $22,963.82 with all bills paid in full. b. Mike informed attendees that the accounting information is still being entered in the Quickbooks program. c. Ken Plourde asked if the ERA office would be able to generate accounting reports soon? Mike responded that yes the reports should be able to be generated soon. 2: Membership Report: a. Mike Schroeder reported that he didn’t have any information on total number of members at this time. b. Mike reported that he is working on a couple of suppliers on joining the ERA as supplier members. Mike added there were four new members that joined for the month of September. c. Mike added that August and September are big months for membership renewals as the ERA Trade Shows were held in these months years ago. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Howie Gore reported that the committee met at their scheduled time. Howie informed attendees that the seminars for the 2015 ERA Trade Show have been set. b. Howie reported that the committee discussed ERA Web Site Forums problems with posts not being specific enough. c. Howie reported that the group discussed problems that rebuilders were having in their shops. 4: Exchange Newspaper Report: Bob Thomas reported that the October issue of The Exchange Newspaper was out and he is working on the November issue.
