Minutes ERA Board of Directors May 18°”, 2022 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm ct. Attendees: Art Glass, Alan Reynolds, Joe Mazzone, John Prinvale, Ted Heywood, Mike Mackey, Mike Schroeder, Stephanie Schroeder, Bob Thomas, Michele Schroeder, Paul Sailon, Lonnie Bain, Tom Barrett, Kenny Turner, Ronnie Charnes, Mohammad Samii, Jim Richer, Ken Plourde, Nathan Unger, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: ; a. Paul Sailon made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Jim Richer made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the minutes from the April 20, 2022 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Paul Sailon made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for April 2022 which included a Profit & Loss Statement for year to date. b. Mike reported a balance of $7,798.02 in the ERA Checking Account. c. Paul Sailon questioned if the Exchange Magazine has earnings on an Annual Basis? Mike explained that the Exchange Magazine is an ERA Member Benefit at a cost of approximately $78.00 per ERA Member funded by the ERA Members Annual Dues. d. Ken Plourde questioned the Office Supplies cost? Mike explained that the cost was for various Office Supplies for the month. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that the ERA had 351 Members and after phone calls and emails 7 ERA Members renewed their dues for a total of 358 ERA Members as of April 30″, 2022. . b. Michele reported that there are 42 Rebuilders that have registered for the August 2022 ERA Technical Conference. 5: Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: 1. Michele Schroder reported that she didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month. b. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month.
