ERA Meeting Minutes Board of Directors Executive Session Thursday April 4″, 2024 A special meeting was called to select a new chairman to fill the vacancy left by Lonnie Bain’s resignation. Those board members present included Ken Plourde, Daren Roggentien, Larry Hagemeister, Mike Schroeder, Ken Turner and Harald Kober. Daren Roggentien volunteered to serve as the new chairman of the board of directors. He was approved unanimously by the other board members present. The board also voted to fill the vacancy left by Lonnie Bain on the board of directors. Mr. Sam Castiglione of P & G Keene was invited by several board members to become the new board member, His appointment was unanimously approved by the board members present. Welcome Sam!
