ERA Quarterly Board Meeting Minutes ERA Annual Tradeshow, St. Louis, MO April 5’*, 2024 The meeting was called to order by newly elected Board Chairman Daren Roggentien. Roll call was taken by Executive Director Mike Schroeder, those board members present were Ken Plourde, Larry Hagemeister, Ken Turner, Harald Kober, Sam Castiglione and Bob Hopko, Daren Roggentien and Mike Schroeder. Advisory Board members present included Dennis Jacinto, Alan Melton, Bob Wagner, Tom Barrett, Stephanie Schroeder, Mohammad Sammi, Michele Schroeder and Joe Mazzone. Members at large present included Steve Delgado, Nick Ellison, Jerry Holmes, Chris Helmer, Casey Barrett, Carter Hewitt, Lynn Gross, Tom Green, Rick Safriet, Jason Shepperly, Bob Buurman, Jim Talsma, Mike Mackey, Mario Gonzales, German Rubio, Russell Winter and Fred Colson. The consent agenda was approved as presented with the addition of the Annual Report to be given by Mike Schroeder and the 10-year members to be presented by Ken Plourde. The minutes from the December 20°, 2023, meeting were approved as written. The Treasury report was presented and approved with a checking account balance of $11,240.70. Michele Schroeder reported 349 members as of March 31°, 2024. From January thru March a total of 9 new members joined the association 7 rebuilders 2 suppliers. She also reported no new correspondence was received at the office. Stephanie Schroeder reported on the Exchange magazine, the April issue was at the printer, the May issue would contain pictures of the 2024 show. Mohammad Sammi announced that his shop would be closing by the end of 2024, however he will remain in his position as technical director as long as he is able and welcome. There was nothing presented in the open forum. Mike Schroeder reported a total of 129 attendees registered for the show and a total of 20 vendors exhibiting at the expo. In new business Mike Schroeder gave the annual report of the association, in recapping, the membership remains nearly steady around 350 members, the budget target was hit for 2023, the Show in Kent, Washington was a success, the Exchange magazine continues to successful as well as the website.
