Using a scan tool may reveal codes P1A59 alone or with a second code of P1A5A. Cause: A possible cause could be module voltage imbalance or corrosion. Correction: If the hybrid module voltage imbalance exceeds 0.6V or if corrosion is present the 3 batteries must be replaced following the manufactures recommended procedures.
