Cause: A possible cause is water contaminating the junction block (connector C305) which is located on the floor to the rear of the driver’s seat. The connection is not sealed and water may corrode the terminals. Also the female connectors are prone to spreading, creating an intermittent or weak connection. Correction: Inspect the terminals for corrosion. If corrosion is present determine the source of the water first and repair any leaks. Replace and corroded or spread terminals. The manufacture does not recommend repairing terminals that have been spread. Follow the manufacturer’s recommended diagnostic and repair procedures.
