MINUTES: ERA Board of Directors Meeting Wed., April 15, 2009 Start Time: 6:38 pm CDT ATTENDEES: Jim Thomas, Ronnie Charnes, Hank Henke, Mike Schroeder, Dick Venzel, Wes Grueninger, Kenny Turner, Joe Davis, Daren Roggentien, Jerry Kieffer, Harald Kober, Tom Barrett, Ken Plourde, Joe Bradish AGENDA: KANSAS CITY PLANNING DETAILS This was Jim Thomas’ last phone board meeting as President and he expressed his appreciation to all for their work and help in moving the ERA forward over the past two years. The following details were confirmed for the Kansas City show: e Darlene Schroeder will handle registration duties for the Joe Davis seminars. Jim Thomas will insure proper table and chairs for her for this duty. e Mike Schroeder will bring the monitor and printer, Wes Grueninger the laptop and Joe Davis the television for the ERA booth. Jim Thomas has arranged the high speed connection. Prices for ERA items will stay the same as last year and Joe Davis will sell ERA items at a discount at his seminars. e The Sunday board meeting/breakfast has been reserved by Jim Thomas for 30 people. The agenda will include elections and ammendments to the bylaws. e Jim Thomas has asked board members to call prospective Kansas City attendees to promote the show and the ERA. He will email names to board members. e The ERE newspaper to be handed out in Kansas City will include details of the JIMCO website.
