Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday May 15″, 2013. President Henry Henke called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm CDT. Attendees: Henry Henke, Alan Reynolds, Ronnie Charnes, Howie Gore, Art Glass, Mike Dietrich, Rick King, Bob Thomas, Wes Grueinger, Lonnie Bain, Kenny Turner, Ken Plourde, Bill Skillings, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. 2: Membership Report: a. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. b. Howie Gore informed that the committee discussed teardown procedures on Denso hairpin alternators. Bob Thomas reported that the Tech. Line has had normal usage for the month with 60-75 calls. Bob also informed that he would be taking calls on the Tech Line until 6:00 pm Pacific Time. Bob reported that he and Wes have been spending most of their time with the production of the Exchange Newspaper. Bob reminded that anyone that had contributions to paper, no matter how small to please contact him or Wes. Any Photos that are submitted should be taken in as high of resolution as possible. Bob reported that he would be on vacation from May 20″ through May 24″. Ken Plourde will be manning the Tech. Line. Bob informed that he received a call from a rebuilder that had 2 Litens decoupler pulleys come apart when they bottomed out. 4: Old Business: a. 2012 ERA Trade Show: 1. Ken Plourde reported that Polly Shea presented him with a invoice at the 2013 ERA Trade Show for services at the 2012 ERA Trade Show for $3,020.11. Bob Thomas replied that ERA is currently under contact with Polly for the purchase of the ERA Trade Show and the ERE Newspaper. Currently funds are tight and Polly would have to possibly wait for payment for the 2012 invoice. Wes Grueninger replied that he was sure Polly understood this and would contact her on this matter.
