Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday October 16″, 2013. President Henry Henke called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm CDT. Attendees: Ronnie Charnes, Art Glass, Henry Henke, Alan Reynolds, Kenny Turner, Mike Dietrich, Ken Plourde, Rick King, Bob Thomas, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: Chris Thompson was unable to attend the meeting. Henry Henke gave the following report that was forwarded to him. a. The ERA has a current balance in the checking account of $15,918.** with all bills paid in full. The ERA also has 2 cd’s with a balance of $28,916.** for a total of $44,834.**. 2: Membership Report: Mike Schroeder was unable to attend the meeting. Henry Henke informed that the current membership is approximately the same as the previous month. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Bob Thomas reported the ERA Tech. Line was back to normal for the month. There were 86 calls from 38 different members. b. Bob informed that the attendees at the meeting discussed some of the posts on the forums. c. Bob reported that possible seminars for the 2014 ERA Trade Show were discussed. 1. Rebuilding 29MT, 38MT, and 39MT starters. Pros and cons of high amp alternators. Rebuilding specialty units. Rebuilding late model units. COM terminal alternator testing and troubleshooting. Business seminar/customer relations. AMRWN 4: Old Business: a. 2014 ERA Trade Show: 1. Bob Thomas informed that Wes Grueninger was unable to attend the meeting as he is working on the November issue of The Exchange Newspaper. Bob also informed that Wes was putting together the 2014 ERA Trade Show package for vendors.
