Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday January 20°”, 2016 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm CST. Attendees: Henry Henke, Ronnie Charnes, Art Glass, Alan Reynolds, Scott Scharrer, Drew Withrow, Matt Wight, Jerry Kieffer, Kenny Turner, Lynn Gross, Mike Schroeder, John Brillman, Bob Thomas, Ken Plourde, Bill Ernst, Howie Gore, Mike Dietrich, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a P&L statement for December 2015 and a P&L statement for the year of 2015. Mike added that if anyone would like a copy to please contact him. Mike reported a balance of $28,145.39 in the ERA checking account with all bills paid in full. Ken Plourde asked if the income from advertising has fallen off in The Exchange Magazine. Mike explained that the accounting system is done on a cash basis so all the advertising dollars might fluctuate on a monthly basis. Mike added that as far as advertising numbers we have lost some and gained some advertisers. Stephanie plans on speaking with Vendors at the 2016 Trade Show. 2: Membership Report: a. Scott Scharrer reported that he did not have any firm numbers at the time of the meeting. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Howie Gore reported that Bob Thomas is working on a Tech. article dealing with Chinese starter armatures. Howie informed that the Tech. Committee is working on an article dealing with problems that are related to the IMS Relay on 39 MT Delco starters. Ken Plourde is working on a video on Moly coating starter armature shafts to prevent starter drive hang ups.
