Minutes ERA Board of Directors February 21°, 2018 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Jessica Myers, John Brillman, Gene Kaiser, Mike Mackey, Stephanie Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Mike Dietrich, John Prinvale, Kenny Turner, Ted Heywood, Paul Sailon, Mohammad Samii, Ken Plourde, Howie Gore, Mike Schroeder, Bob Thomas, Jim Richter, Jerry Keiffer, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of January 2018. b. Mike reported a balance of $21,999.20 in the ERA Checking Account. 2: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported there are 391 current ERA Members. b. Michele informed attendees there were 7 new members that joined for the month, 6 Rebuilder Members and 1 Supplier Member. 3: Technical/Training Report: a. Ken Plourde reported that the Video received by Glen McLaughlin has been reviewed by the Technical/Training Committee and has been forwarded Helen Hillman for editing. Ken added that he is waiting on verbage from Mike Mackey on the Video he submitted. b. Ken informed attendees that he is looking for volunteers to review and judge the Videos that have been submitted for the Video Contest. Ken added that he is looking for 3 judges. Howie Gore volunteered to be a judge. If anyone else has interest in being a judge please contact Ken. c. Ken reported that the Technical/Training Committee is responsible for acquiring Seminars and Presenters for the ERA Trade Shows. Ken added that he has contacted the Presenters for the 2018 ERA Trade Show and everything is set up. All Presenters are looking forward to the 2018 ERA Trade Show. d. Howie Gore would like to be added to the ERA Technical/Training Committee.
