Annual Meeting Minutes ERA Board of Directors Sunday April 7″, 2019 Springfield, Missouri President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 8:00 am CT. ERA Board Members in Attendance: Mike Dietrich, Mike Schroeder, Ken Plourde, Larry Hagemeister, Alan Reynolds, Michele Schroeder, Jason Kiser, Dennis Jacinto, Ronnie Charnes, Bob Hopko, Kenny Turner, Mike Mackey, Ted Heywood, Bob Thomas, Jerry Kieffer, Art Glass, Paul Sailon, Daren Roggentien. ERA Exchange Design Manager: Stephanie Schroeder. ERA Technical Advisor: Mohammad Samii. Guests: Crystal Roggentien, Dan Smith, Beth Dickson, Santiago Chavez, Ryder Keller, Joe Davis, Kathleen Davis, Terry Hacecky, Rick Safries, Jeff Cazel, Larry Alford, David Kieffer, Barry Lyle, Bob Baurmann, Ron Mitchler, Michael Conner, Donald Arbogast, Nick Staub, Glen McGlaughlin. In opening Mike Dietrich acknowledge the following: Honorary Members in Attendance: Joe Davis, Bob Thomas. 2019 ERA Trade Show Committee: Art Glass, Bob Thomas, Gene Kaiser, Ken Plourde, Larry Hagemeister, Michele Schroeder Mike Dietrich, Mike Schroeder, Mohammad Samii, Stephanie Schroeder, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of March 2019. Mike added that anyone that would like a copy to please contact him. b. Mike reported a balance of $14,654.43 in the ERA Checking Account. Mike informed attendees that the balance did not reflect invoices that have not been paid for the 2019 ERA Trade Show. 2: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported the ERA Membership at 375 as of March 31*, 2019. b. Michele informed attendees that 2 delinquent members had rejoined. Dennis Jacinto questioned the number of delinquent members. Michele informed that the number varies from month to month. Mike Dietrich reported that the ERA Membership has averaged 376 over the last few years. Bob Hopko informed that a Supplier informed him that there are approximately 2,200 Rebuilders across the country as of March 2019 c. Mike Dietrich thanked Michele for all the hard work she has done with the ERA’s Membership.
