Mike Dietrich made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Glen McLaughlin made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : Secretary Report: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to accept the minutes from the August 19″, 2020 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of August 2020. Mike informed attendees that there were $1,090.00 in 2020 ERA Trade Show refunds. Mike Dietrich questioned the amount for Credit Card processing fees. Mike Schroeder explained that the amount also included 2020 ERA Trade Show registration fees that had been collected with credit cards. . Mike reported a balance of $10,221.32 in the ERA Checking Account. Daren Roggentien made a motion to accept the Treasurers Report. Paul Sailon made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : Membership Report: a. b. Michele Schroeder reported that as of August 25″, 2020 the ERA has 359 members. Michele reported that she has emailed invoices to ERA Members that have their membership expiring. Michele added that she will be making phone calls to the ERA Members in the upcoming week to make sure they received the email. . Michele informed attendees that she emailed reminders to 32 delinquent members that were between 30-90 days overdue. Michele reported that the ERA had 1 new Global Subscription from a Rebuilder from Australia. Bob Thomas informed attendees that Dustin has sent the new Global Subscription Member an email welcoming to the ERA. Ken Plourde added he will contact him also. Correspondence Report: a.
