at Minutes ERA Board of Directors July 21*, 2021 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm ct. Attendees: Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Dennis Jacinto, Ronnie Charnes, Ken Plourde, Stephanie Schroeder, Ted Heywood, Lonnie Bain, Alan Reynolds, Bob Hopko, Mike Mackey, Mohammad Samii, Jim Richer, Jeff Cazel, Mike Dietrich, Nathan Unger, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Ronnie Charnes made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Ted Heywood made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to accept the minutes from the June 16″, 2021 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Mike Dietrich made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for the month of June 2021. Mike added that the Hotel has been paid for the 2021 ERA Trade Show which was a large amount. Mike reported that a number of Suppliers have not paid their Advertising for the month for the Exchange Magazine as of meeting night. b. Mike reported a balance of $14,076.71 in the ERA Checking Account. Daren Roggentien made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of June 30″, 2021 the ERA Has 352 members. b. Michele informed attendees that there 3 new ERA Members for the June. 1 new Rebuilder Member from Idaho, 1 new Supplier Member from California and 1 Global Subscription from Hungary. c. Michele reported that she made calls to delinquent ERA Members and 3 paid and 2 will be sending in payments. d. Discussion was had on extending time before delinquent ERA Members are shut off. After discussion a decision was made to add an extra month. :
