Minutes ERA Board of Directors April 20, 2022 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm ct. Attendees: John Prinvale, Joe Mazzone, Tom Barrett, Ryder Keller, Bob Thomas, Ronnie Charnes, Art Glass, Bob Hopko, Alan Reynolds, Ted Heywood, Kenny Turner, Mike Mackey, Paul Sailon, Lonnie Bain, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Mohammad Samii, Dennis Jacinto, Ken Plourde, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Ken Plourde would like 2022 Nominating Committee added to New Business. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Lonnie Bain made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Art Glass made a motion to approve the minutes from the March 16″, 2022 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Ted Heywood made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for March 2022 which included a Profit and loss Statement for year to date. b. Mike reported a balance of $7,960.01 in the ERA Checking Account. Art Glass made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of March 31%, 2022 the ERA has 358 Members. b. Michele informed attendees that she has been busy with the ERA Technical Conference business. 5: Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month. b. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month.
