Minutes ERA Board of Directors September 21°, 2022 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm ct. Attendees: Art Glass, Ken Plourde, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Bob Hopko, Lonnie Bain, Tom Barrett, Mohammad Samii, Kenny Turner, Daren Roggentien. Consent Agenda: a. Art Glass made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Lonnie Bain made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. Secretary Report: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the minutes from the August iv: 2022 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Art Glass made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for August 2022 which included a Year to Date Profit and Loss Statement. b. Mike reported that there were one time charges for the month with Go-Daddy and the ERA P.O. Box. Mike added that there were some charges from The ERA Technical Conference. Ken Plourde questioned that there were no charges for the ERA Telephone and the ERA Credit Card Processor. Mike explained that the Telephone Company has the charges in error again and is working with them to get it corrected. The Credit Card Processors charges were taken care of with credits due the ERA. c. Mike reported a balance of $8,964.10 in the ERA Checking Account. Bob Hopko made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of August 31%, 2022 the ERA has 359 members. b. Michele reported that she made calls to delinquent ERA Members with some to be sending in dues. Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she received a phone call from Janeil Heywood that ERA Member Ted Heywood had passed away. Michele reported that she will be sending a memorial on behalf of the ERA. b. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month.
