Minutes 2019 ERA Trade Show Committee September 19″, 2018 Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 5:35 pm CT Attendees: Art Glass, Jessica Myers, Gene Kaiser, Mike Dietrich, Mohammad Samii, Bob Thomas, Michele Schroeder, Ken Plourde, Mike Schroeder, Daren Roggentien. 1: Schedule: a. b. Mohammad Samii reported that he has spoken to a Representative from SRC Rebuilders and they will be doing a presentation before and after their tour of their facility. Mike Dietrich reported that he has spoken to Dan Bell from Whatcom Electric on doing a Seminar on Thursday from 1:30-2:30 on Apptrak and Plug Codes. Ken Plourde informed attendees that he may possibly have another Seminar Subject if we need one.Mike Dietrich informed attendees that a tentative schedule needs to be finalized by the first week of October to be published in the Exchange Magazine as well as on the ERA Web Site. Mike added that the Vendor Packets need to be finalized and sent out in November and we need to make a positive impression for the Vendors. 2: Facility Update: a. b. Mike Schroeder reported that everything is good to go with the Oasis Hotel and Conference Center. Mike Schroeder reported that he has been in contact with Bus Companies and a possibility would be renting Church Buses. Mike Schroeder informed attendees that he is working on a program for the Saturday Evening Dinner and Entertainment. Bob Thomas added that there will be an announcement of a Special Event for Saturday Evening in the October issue of the Exchange Magazine. Mike Schroeder reported that a Representative from SRC Rebuilders wants to have a conference call to go over the SRC Rebuilders Tour. Michele Schroeder reported that she has been in contact with the Springfield Chamber of Commerce. Mike Schroeder reported that the Decorator that the ERA has used for the past ERA Trade Shows is planning on decorating for the 2019 ERA Trade Show. Mike added that he will be contacting him.
