The technician may notice that if the clutch slave or master cylinders have been replaced, the problem is still not resolved. Cause: A potential cause for the above conditions is air in the hydraulic system. Correction: Follow the manufacturer’s recommended procedures to bleed the hydraulic system. This will require 2 people… or perhaps one and a brick… the procedure indicates to have the clutch pedal depressed and then with the pedal depressed to open the master cylinder bleeder valve.
