Cause: There are 2 potential causes for the above condition: – The spark plugs are soaked in fuel preventing the engine from starting (the engine is “flooded”). – There is lower then required compression for the engine to start; this could be due to the seals sticking from carbon deposits. Correction: Follow the manufacturers recommended diagnostic and repair procedures when applicable.
