Cause: A possible cause is that the alternator can not meet the demands of the system at low speed. The technician may find that diagnostic trouble code P0626 stored in the system. Correction: Perform a standard test of the electrical system and if no problems are observed the calibration file for the electronic control module will require updating. Follow the manufacturer’s recommended procedures for updating the calibration file.
