MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE ERA NATIONAL BOARD OF ADVISORS Friday, May 21, 2004, at the Marriott at RiverCenter in Covington, Kentucky In attendance were: Bill Meyer, Wes Grueninger, AJ Campbell, Henry Henke, Jim Talsma, Mark Hoogterp, Ronnie Charnes, Jeff Phillips, Alan Melton, Fraser Cox, Kenny Turner, Mike Dietrich, Mike Schroeder, Dan Smith, Polly Shea and Bob Thomas. Alan Melton began the meeting at 2:15 pm by presenting a budget and financial report. This was followed by a report from Wes on the progress on the new website. Mike Schroeder then reported the association’s latest membership figures. A discussion was then held concerning the show. Alan suggested that regular announcements be held throughout the day Saturday, concerning the time and place of the drawings to be held for prizes. Mike noted that the drawing for the computer needed to take place on Sunday, so that rebuilders coming in on Sunday morning would have a chance to enter. It was decided the computer drawing should take place around noon Sunday. The only other business discussed was the long lines Friday morning at the registration desk. It was noted by several board members that many who were pre-registered waited nearly 30 minutes to get their badges. The meeting concluded at 2:55 pm. Respectfully submitted, Bob Thomas Secretary
