Minutes: ERA Board of Directors Wednesday March 17, 2010 Start Time 6:30 PM CT Attendees: Kenny Tumer, Tom Barrett, Larry Hagemeister, Henry Henke, Mike Dietrich, Jim Thomas, Wes Grueninger, Harald Koeber, Mike Schroeder, Ken Plourde, Daren Roggentien 1: Treasurers Report: Chris Thompson reported a balance of $19,323.40 with all bills paid in full 2: Membership Report: a. b. Tom Barrett reported that as of 3/1/2010 431 members. There were 11 members that had not renewed of these 6 had overlooked there membership had expired, 4 no answer by phone, | phone disconnected. There was discussion on ways to get new members and retain membership. All action was tabled until the annual meeting at the ERA Trade Show. 3: Technical Committee: a. The tech line has been busy b. Wes has been working on problems with the ERA Web Site 2 new videos have been released. Replacing Bosch slip rings, Removing broken Screws. Attendees were asked if they new of anyone that has a good way of replacing 39MT drives that would be interested in making a video? Wes is working on 3 videos. Wes and company were congratulated on the quality of the videos on the ERA Web Site. 4: ERA Trade Show: a. b. Cc. Arrangements have been made for the ERA booth, it will double wide. Henry Henke will check on a flat screen with a computer hookup to run videos in the ERA booth. Several seminars are in the finalizing stage 5: Old Business: a. Allowing International Rebuilders ERA Web Site Access 1: Allowing access by subscription could be approved by the board of directors. Memberships would require bylaws to be changed and approved by the Advisory Board.
