Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday September 3″, 2014. President Henry Henke called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm CDT. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Alan Reynolds, Scott Scharrer, Bob Thomas, Henry Henke, Kenny Turner, Lynn Gross, Mike Dietrich, Ken Plourde, Wes Grueninger, Mike Schroeder, Daren Roggentien Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder reported the ERA has a current balance of $11,574.01 in the Association checking account with all bills paid in full. b. Mike informed that he and Darlene had a lengthy meeting with the ERA accountants on setting up Quickbooks. Darlene can now start entering data and hopes to have everything complete by budget time. Mike added that Darlene was able to send out invoices for memberships. Membership Report: a. Mike Schroeder reported that with the setup of Quickbooks Darlene will be able to enter membership information to generate membership reports. b. Mike informed attendees that there were 2 new members for the month and 2 new Global members. Technical/Training Committee Report: a. b. Chairperson Howie Gore was unable to attend the meeting Ken Plourde reported that there was no information to report on the 2015 ERA Trade Show seminars. Ken informed that the committee discussed different problems that rebuilders were having with units. Exchange Newspaper Report: a. Bob Thomas reported that the September issue of the Exchange Newspaper went out ahead of time. Bob added that everything was running about the same with the Exchange Newspaper. ERA Trade Show Report: a. Wes Grueninger informed attendees that the 2015 ERA Trade Show is off to a good start with several exhibitors already purchasing booth space. b. Wes reported that he is in the process of setting up rebuilders registration forms.
