Minutes ERA Board of Directors October 18″, 2017 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm CDT. Attendees: Art Glass, Alan Reynolds, Ronnie Charnes, Ken Plourde, Jessica Myers, Gene Kaiser, Michele Schroeder, Mike Schroeder, Tom Barrett, Kenny Turner, Ted Heywood, Mohammad Samii, Stephanie Schroeder, Jerry Kieffer, Mike Dietrich, John Prinvale, Mike Tweed, Bob Thomas, Howie Gore, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of September 2017. b. Mike reported a balance of $17,183.87 in the ERA Checking Account. 2: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that for the period of January 2017 – September 2017 31 past members and new members have rejoined or joined as new members and breaks down as: 2 – Suppliers 24 – Rebuilders 5 – New Rebuilders Michele added that this has brought in $7,260.00 to the ERA. Michele informed that this goes back 3 years and delinquent members that have not joined will be taken out of the system. Michele reported that at the end of August the ERA had 390 members and at the end of September 398 members. Michele reported that she is working on an ERA Member Trend Report that she will be implementing by January 2018. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Ken Plourde reported that the ERA Technical/Training Committee held a meeting on October 4, 2017. Ken informed attendees that the minutes can be viewed by ERA Board Members on the ERA Forums Web Site. Ken added that nothing has been added to the ERA Web Site do to ERA Web Site problems. Ken informed attendees that he has produced a second video and sent it to Helen for editing. Ken added that Helen is working on the first video he produced. Ken informed attendees that after Helen completes the video’s she returns the video to the Technical/Training Committee for review before they are added to the ERA Web Site.
