Minutes ERA Board of Directors March 21%, 2018 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Dennis Jacinto, Alan Reynolds, Jessica Myers, Joe Mazzone, Gene Kaiser, Ted Heywood, John Brillman, Alan Melton, Mike Schroeder, Jim Richer, Michele Schroeder, Stephanie Schroeder, Mike Dietrich, Kenny Turner, Paul Sailon, Bob Thomas, Ken Plourde, Daren Roggentien. : Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for the month of February 2018. b. Mike reported a balance of $18,878.41 in the ERA Checking Account. Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported there are 385 current ERA Members. b. Michele informed attendees that there were 3 new Memberships for February. 1 new Rebuilder Member and 2 new Supplier Members. : Technical/Training Report: a. Ken Plourde reported that Helen Hillman is in the process of editing Glen McLaughlin’s Video. Exchange Magazine Report: a. Bob Thomas reported that the April issue of the Exchange Magazine is at the Printers. Bob added that he is working on the May issue. b. Bob informed attendees that he would like someone to write a Summary from the 2018 ERA Trade Show for the “A Word From The President” article for the May 2018 issue of the Exchange Magazine. Ken Plourde volunteered to write the article. Exchange Magazine Advertising Report: a. Stephanie Schroeder reported that she will be taking pictures at the 2018 ERA Trade Show. b. Stephanie asked Ken Plourde if he had a list of prizes that have been donated by Vendors for the ERA Raffles. Ken informed that he is waiting on commitments of donated prizes and as soon as he has a completed list he will forward it to Stephanie.
