Minutes ERA Board of Directors February 20″, 2019 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Ronnie Charnes, Alan Reynolds, Bob Hopko, Joe Mazzone, Jim Richer, John Prinvale, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Stephanie Schroeder, Jerry Kieffer, Kenny Turner, Mohammad Samii, Bob Thomas, Mike Dietrich, Mike Tweed, Paul Sailon, Gene Kaiser, Ted Heywood, Daren Roggentien. : Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of January 2019. b. Mike reported a balance of $20,733.69 in the ERA Checking Account. Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder there are 377 ERA Members as of January 31°, 2019 with 1 new Rebuilder Member. : Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Ken Plourde was unable to attend the meeting. Exchange Magazine Report: a. Bob Thomas reported that the March issue of the Exchange Magazine was at the printers and he is currently working on the April issue. Exchange Magazine Advertising Report: a. Stephanie Schroeder reported that she is working on sending out email blasts to promote the 2019 ERA Trade Show. 2019 ERA Trade Show Report: a. Mike Schroeder informed attendees that the 2019 ERA Trade Show Committee will need to meet in the next couple of weeks. Mike reported that the Transportation Schedule has been completed. c. Mike reported that he is working with SRC Rebuilders on the tour of their facility. d. Mike informed attendees that the Oasis Hotel might be sold out for Wednesday evening and attendees might have to find lodging elsewhere for Wednesday evening. e. Mike reported that the 2019 ERA Trade Show will have 25-30 Booths available for Vendors. Mike added that 11 Booths have been presold with payments made and he has had several commitments from other Vendors. f. Mike explained how payment is made to the Hotel and Conference Center with guaranteed room nights and food and beverage purchase. This makes the Banquet Rooms free of charge. The ERA pays for the Decorator.
