Minutes ERA Board of Directors December 1g” 2019 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm ct. Attendees: Alan Reynolds, Bob Hopko, Luke Hagemeister, Tom Barrett, Mike Mackey, Lonnie Bain, Mike Dietrich, Mohammad Samii, Jeff Cazel, Kenny Turner, Paul Sailon, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Stephanie Schroeder, Ken Plourde, Ted Heywood, Glen McLaughlin, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Daren Roggentien added to the Agenda under New Business the 2020 ERA Proposed Budget. b. Mike Dietrich made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Paul Sailon made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to accept the minutes from the November 20″, 2019 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Mike Dietrich made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and loss Statement for November 1st – December 7 2019. b. Mike reported a balance of $5,267.06 in the ERA Checking Account. c. Daren Roggentien made a motion to accept the Treasurers Report. Mike Dietrich made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of November 21™, 2019 the ERA has 359 members. b. Michele informed attendees there was 1 past Member that renewed, 1 new Rebuilder Member and 1 new Supplier Member. c. Michele reported that she has been unable to make membership calls because of ERA 2020 Trade Show business. 5: Correspondence Report: a. There were no reports from the ERA Office or the Secretary.
