Minutes ERA Board of Directors April 15″, 2020 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Dennis Jacinto, Gene Kaiser, Joe Mazzone, 4: Stephanie Schroeder, John Prinvale, Jim Richer, Tom Barrett, Lonnie Bain, Mike Dietrich, Kenny Turner, Jerry Kieffer, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Mohammad Samii, Bob Thomas, Ken Plourde, Paul Sailon, Ted Heywood, Larry Hagemeister, Alan Melton, Daren Roggentien. : Consent Agenda: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda with the Open Forum suspended. Mike Dietrich made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : Secretary Report: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the minutes from the March 25″, 2020 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Jim Richer made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and loss Statement for the month of March 2020. Jerry Kieffer questioned the 2020 ERA Trade Show expenses. Mike informed that there was money spent in previous months for the 2020 ERA Trade Show. Ken Plourde questioned the Credit Card expenses. Mike informed that most of the expenses were from 2020 ERA Trade Show registration. Mike added that he spent about 2 ’2 hours getting the ERA phone expenses straightened out for a savings of around $250.00 per month. . Mike reported a balance of $18,708.27 in the ERA Checking Account. . Mike informed attendees that the ERA 2019 taxes have been filed and a Treasurers Audit has been sent to Lonnie Bain for verification. . Ken Plourde questioned if anything has come up for stimulus for Non-Profit Organizations due to the Corona Virus? Mike informed attendees that he has not received any information but he will stay on top of it. Mike Dietrich made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Daren Roggentien made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of March 27″, 2020 the ERA has 362 members. Michele added that the ERA received 2 new Rebuilder members after that date to bring the total to 364.
