Minutes ERA Board of Directors May 20, 2020 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm central time. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Jim Richer, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Mike Mackey, Jeff Cazel, Paul Sailon, Gene Kaiser, Mike Tweed, Tom Barrett, Kenny Turner, Jerry Kieffer, Lonnie Bain, Ken Plourde, David Kieffer, Ted Heywood, Glen McLaughlin, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Paul Sailon made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Jim Richer made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the minutes from the April 15″, 2020 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Jim Richer made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of April 2020. Ken Plourde questioned the $700.00 expense for Accounting and Legal. Mike explained that the IRS had made a mistake on the 2018 return and the $700.00 fee was for 2018 and 2019 to the ERA Accountant. b. Mike reported a balance of $16,480.48 in the ERA Checking Account. Daren Roggentien made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Paul Sailon made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of April 23′?, 2020 the ERA has 359 members with 4 new Rebuilder Members for the month. b. Michele informed attendees that she made 11 phone calls to delinquent members with the following results: 1) 3 members rejoined by phone. 2) 2 will be mailing in payment. 3) 1 will rejoin when funds are available. 4) 5 left messages and waiting on return calls. c. Ken Plourde reminded all Regional Vice Presidents need to contact Michele at the ERA Office to set up getting their list of delinquent members that they need to contact in their Region. 5: Correspondence Report: a. There were no Correspondence Reports from the ERA Office or the ERA Secretary.
