Attendees: Ronnie Charnes, Art Glass, Alan Reynolds, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Bob Hopko, Ken Plourde, Stephanie Schroeder, Ted Heywood, Mohammad Samii, Jerry Kieffer, Tom Barrett, Lonnie Bain, John Prinvale, Bob Thomas, Ryder Keller, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Ken Plourde added to Old Business: 1: Addition of Voltage Labels to Product Library. 2: Update on Supplier Contacts on the ERA Web Site. Art Glass made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. John Prinvale made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Art Glass made a motion to approve the minutes from the June 15″”, 2022 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Lonnie Bain made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for June 2022 which included a year to date Profit & Loss Statement. b. Daren Roggentien questioned the Phone expenses. Mike informed attendees that the amount on the Statement was for 2 months. c. Mike reported a balance of $13,080.02 in the ERA Checking Account. Daren Roggentien made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of June 30″, 2022 the ERA has 357 members. Michele added that there were no new ERA Members for the month and there are a few Guest Members at this time.
