Minutes ERA Board of Directors August 17°”, 2022 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm ct. Attendees: Art Glass, Lonnie Bain, Dennis Jacinto, Ken Plourde, Bob Hopko, Mike Schroeder, Mohammad Samii, Alan Reynolds, Michele Schroeder, Stephanie Schroeder, Bob Thomas, Mike Mackey, Ronnie Charnes, Paul Sailon, Jerry Kieffer, Ted Heywood, Ryder Keller, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: , a. Ryder Keller added to New Business providing Tech Articles from the ERA Web Site: Paul Sailon made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Lonnie Bain made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the minutes from the July 20″, 2022 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Bob Hopko made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement from July 2022 which included a year to date Profit and Loss Statement. Mike added that July is a slow month for ERA Membership renewals. b. Mike reported a balance of $9,953.54 in the ERA Checking Account. Daren Roggentien made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder informed attendees that as of July 31°, 2022 the ERA has 356 members. Michele added there were 2 new Rebuilder Members for the month. 5: Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month. b. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month.
