Minutes ERA Board of Directors Annual Meeting March 24″, 2023 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 3:30 pm pacific time. Attendees Board of Advisors: Alan Melton, Tom Barrett, Casey Barrett, Dennis Jacinto, Ryder Keller, Nick Staub, Paul Sailon, Michele Schroeder, Stephanie Schroeder, Mohammad Samii. Tom Barrett made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Paul Sailon made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : Secretary Report: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the minutes from the February 15″, 2023 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Michele Schroeder made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for February 2023 which included a Year to Date Profit & Loss Statement. b. Mike reported a balance of $7,767.63 in the ERA Checking Account. Nick Staub made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Paul Sailon made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that the ERA has 367 Members. Michele added there were 6 new Rebuilder Members that joined in February 2023, 2 new Supplier Members and 2 new Rebuilder Members that joined for March 2023.
