ERA Quarterly Board Meeting Minutes June 26, 2024, 7:30p.m. CST The meeting was called to order by Chairman Daren Roggentien. Those present included Sam Castiglione, Alan Reynolds, Ken Plourde, Daren Roggentien, Joe Mazzone, Bob Hopko, Michele Schroeder, Mohammad Sammi, Stephanie Schroeder, John Prinvale, Ryder Keller, Paul Sailon, Jerry Kiefer, Larry Hagemeister, Dennis Jacinto, Art Glass and Mike Schroeder. The Consent Agenda was read and approved. The minutes of the April meeting were approved. The P&L reports were sent to the Board of Directors. The checking balance was $2301.59. The treasury report was approved. Michele reported membership stood at 359 members. There was no correspondence received at the office or by Daren. Stephanie reported that the June issue of the Exchange magazine was at the printer. Bob Thomas was not present to report on the website. Mohammad reported that the help line calls were down. His shop auction is scheduled for September 25″. In open forums Ken Plourde brought up the current condition of the J & N company, expressing his and a commonly shared opinion that the company is in complete turmoil. Bob Hopko furnished the name of Julian Hemphill as a contact for J & N with a phone number 513-552- 9272 to voice our displeasure with the current state of the company. Dennis Jacinto brought up the topic of the plug codes, after some discussion, he is moving forward to post the codes on the Part-Ref website. We will assist him in completing any missing info. Joe Mazzone asked about the new price schedule from BBB Industries. Sam Castiglione offered some comments on the pricing problem. Bob Hopko brought up a question to Dennis concerning cataloging for the Mennonite members. Dennis answered his questions. Mike Schroeder reported on the 2024 tradeshow in old business. The final numbers were not in to make a financial report at this meeting. Further details will be brought to the September meeting. New business brought a discussion about the 2025 tradeshow with more in-depth details to be brought to the September meeting.
