Minutes ERA Board of Directors June 20″, 2018 President Mike Dietrich called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Art Glass, Alan Reynolds, Bob Hopko, Bill Ernst, Gene Kaiser, Jessica Myers, Mohammad Samii, Kenny Turner, Stephanie Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Mike Tweed, Mike Schroeder, Mike Dietrich, Ken Plourde, Bob Thomas, Ted Heywood, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. b. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of May 2018. Mike reported a balance of $14,478.78 in the ERA Checking Account. 2: Membership Report: a. b. Michele Schroeder reported the ERA Membership as of May 31%, 2018 at 377 with 2 new Rebuilders joining. Ken Plourde questioned if Michele has resumed making calls to delinquent ERA Members. Michele informed that she has. Ken would like to have Michele follow up with phone calls to any Non-ERA Members that were at the 2018 ERA Trade Show. Michele informed that there were not many but will contact them. Mohammad Samii volunteered to make phone calls also. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. b. Ken Plourde informed attendees that there was not much to report with the problems with the ERA Web Site. Ken informed attendees that Bob Thomas and Mohammad Samii have been doing an excellent job with articles for the Exchange Magazine. Discussion was had on the Technical/Training Committee having a meeting to begin work on the 2019 ERA Trade Show. After discussion it was decided to have the meeting after the first ERA Trade Show Committee meeting which would be sometime in July 2018. 4: Exchange Magazine Report: a. b. Bob Thomas reported that the July issue of the Exchange Magazine was at the printers and should be in the ERA Members hands the first week of July. Bob informed attendees that he washard at work on the August issue.
