divin | # | [| { & | verse gy TECH TIPS Dixie Part Numbers: TBA Applications: 2011 Chevrolet Cruze 1.8L Conditions: The operator of the vehicle may complain that the engine will not start but does crank in cold weather (below 0°C or 32°F). When the engine does start there could be excessive smoke with a strong smell of fuel. Cause: A potential cause for the above conditions is fuel with ethanol added to prevent freezing. Correction: The manufacturer has created a new calibration file so that engine operation is compatible with the fuel containing ethanol. Additionally the spark plugs have been updated (but bear the same 55580961 part number). The new spark plugs have a flat surface on the porcelain and the older ones are ribbed.
