Some vehicles may also have delayed engagement from Park or Neutral to Drive or Reverse (on automatic transmission applications). Cause: A potential cause for this is the Powertrain Control Module calibration file. Correction: Ensure that the calibration file is to the latest release. The Ford calibration file will reference TSB 09-6-6 and the Mazda calibration file will reference bulletin 07-015/09 both have an IDS Release 59.10 and higher or 60.02 and higher.
