The technician may not observe any diagnostic trouble codes in the system. Cause: A potential cause for the above condition has been identified by the manufacturer as the plug in connectors for the glow plug control module. Correction: Follow the manufacturer’s recommended procedures for inspecting the black and green glow plug control module plug in connections for corrosion, bent pins and for a tight fit. If any of the conditions exist kit 4CZ- 12B568-AA may be required to repair the connectors.
