Cause: A potential cause for the above conditions is the system electrical demands and the operators driving habits. Operators that drive frequent short trips may have the battery run down as the alternator does not have a chance to replenish the charge. Correction: Follow the manufacturer’s recommended diagnostic and repair procedure which may include, depending on the options installed and serial umber, replacing the body control module, the battery, the vent control valve or simply reprogramming the engine control module.
