ELECTRICAL REBUILDER’S ASSOCIATION BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING Wednesday, January 12, 2005 The meeting began at 7:10 pm via conference call. Mike Schroeder, Chris Thompson, Alan Melton & Bob Thomas were in attendance. Polly Shea was unable to attend due to a last minute emergency. First Item on the agenda was the results of the Fall Membership Drive. The final count was 58 new members, a 14.9% gain since September 1“. The results by region: Region – New Members – Members on 9-1-04 – Percentage Increase NW 11 30 36.7% SW 8 39 20.5% NE 17 86 19.8% SE 9 73 12.3% NC 11 92 12.0% SC 2 47 4.0% Larry Hagemeister won the first prize of three nights at the host hotel in Atlantic City. Mike Dietrich and Frazer Cox have each won a paid year of membership in the ERA. Thanks to all who worked on this membership drive, including Darlene who promptly processed all those new members. The second item on the agenda was the Atlantic City Show. Since Polly was not in attendance, most show and ERE business was postponed to the next meeting. The final item discussed was the hosts for the seminars. Mike reported that hosts have been secured for all but three events, and he has several suppliers who are considering hosting those seminars.
