ELECTRICAL REBUILDER’S ASSOCIATION BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING Wednesday, March 30, 2005 The meeting began at 7:35 pm via conference call. Mike Schroeder, Alan Melton, Chris Thompson, Bob Thomas and Membership Director Bill Meyer were in attendance. Polly Shea did not attend. This special meeting was scheduled to discuss the plans for the ERA booth at the show. Bill will put together a list of volunteers to man the booth and talk to attendees to explain the benefits of ERA membership. He said he would also handle the purchase of Cloisonné lapel pins to give to all ERA members who attend the show. Mike is handling the purchase of portfolios, similar to the ones used last year, which will be given to those who join the association at the show. He’s also going to handle the purchase of pocket rulers with an imprint of the website address, which will be handed out to all show attendees. Chris is taking care of the laminated contact list, to be handed out to all ERA members who visit the booth, including new joins. The copy for the document is being compiled by Darlene, and will be proofed several times to ensure all information is up to date. New banners will be purchased, to dress up the booth and give it a different look. Polly reported via email that arrangements have been made to ensure every rebuilder who enters the grand prize drawing at the show will have visited each booth donating a prize. She said the April Rebuilder’s Exchange was mailed March 30″, and she plans to mail the May issue on April 25.
