MINUTES ERA Board of Directors Meeting Mar. 5, 2008 Start Time: 6:35 PM CST Attendees: Joe Bradish, Jim Thomas, Dennis Jacinto, Jerry Kieffer, Mike Schroeder, Henry Henke, Ken Plourde, Chris Thompson, Joe Davis, & Alan Melton 1. ERA Trade Show: a.) The ERA paid for the APRA booth but no additional amenities. Chris Thompson will send Polly Shea $1400 for the ERA and APRA booths, with additional booth expenses to be determined. b.) Jim Thomas will order 30 breakfasts for the Grand Rapids board meeting and fill any vacancies with prospective board members and suppliers. c.) The agenda for the Grand Rapids board meeting includes: Treasurer’s Report, Chris Thompson 1. Membership Report, Jerry Kieffer 2. Website Report Wes Grunninger 3. Special Awards, Jim Thomas 4, President’s Message, Jim Thomas 5. Elections d.) The breakfast will start at 6:45 am and conclude by 9 am. e.) Hank Henke paid $613.74 for the laptop computer for the Grand Rapids giveaway. f.) Suggestions were made by Hank Henke to give away and/or sell “rebuilt by an ERA member” stickers and Mike Schroeder suggested ERA counter mats to sell to members. 2. Nominating Committee Report: Dan Smith could not make the meetings. Alan Melton will call Dan Smith to check on the progress. The Next Board Meeting will be Mar. 19, 2008.
