Minutes: ERA Board of Directors Meeting Wednesday January 20, 2010 Start Time 6:30 PM CT Attendees: Larry Hagemeister, Ronnie Charnes, Jason Kiser, Joe Bradish, Kenny Turner, Henry Henke, Mike Schroeder, Wes Grueninger, Ken Plourde, Chris Thompson, Daren Roggentien 1: Treasurers Report: Chris Thompson reported a balance of $22,138.00 all bills paid in full. 2: Membership Report: a. An amendment to the dues increase was made. Effective February 1, 2010 the following dues will be in effect. $200.00 annually for Rebuilders $400.00 annually for Suppliers $135.00 annually for Warehouses $200.00 annually for Individuals The Membership Committee can allow a rebuilder or supplier member to use Pay-Pal to retain membership to the ERA at the following rates. $18.00 per month for rebuilders $36.00 per month for suppliers Motion made by Ken Plourde to accept as amended Second by Henry Henke All Ayes, Motion approved 3: Technical Committee: a. Motion by Henry Henke to approve the purchase of a total of 4 video cameras. Second by Joe Bradish All Ayes, Motion approved b. Larry will announce in the ERE paper on how rebuilders can obtain a camera to do Filming for technical videos. 4: ERA Trade Show: a. Show committee will be handled by Henry Henke 5: Engineering Form: a. Mike informed attendees that he may have a form that the ERA could adapt to use. He will post a copy of this on the ERA Forum. b. All agreed this needs to be completed before the ERA Show in May.
