Minutes: ERA Board of Directors Meeting Wednesday February 17, 2010 Start Time 6:30 PM CT Attendees: Ronnie Charnes, Joe Bradish, Larry Hagemeister, Jim Thomas, Kenny Turner, Wes Grueninger, Mike Dietrich, Mike Schroeder, Ken Plourde, Daren Roggentien 1: Treasurers Report: Chris Thompson reported a balance of $22,307.22 with all bills paid in full. 2: Membership Report: Tom Barrett reported 430 members as of 2/1/2010 3: Technical Committee: a. Wes informed attendees that the video cameras are ready to be sent out. The video Cameras will be sent out by the Technical Committee under their discretion. Information on how to obtain a camera and other information pertaining to the use and how to shoot videos is on the ERA Web Site. Larry has put together suggestions for videos that will be put in the ERE paper. b. Wes will have several new videos available on the ERA Web Site in the next few weeks. c. The Tech Line has been steady 4: ERA Trade Show: Polly has sent an email to suppliers on ERA Trade Show information 5: Engineering Form: Mike has been working on the form and will have it ready by the ERA Trade Show 6: Old Business: a. A newsletter has been sent to supplier members on added benefits. Darlene will contact supplier members by phone to personally inform them on added benefits. b. Allowing international rebuilders to have ERA Web Site access was tabled until the March 2010 meeting. Ken is drawing up bylaws to present to the board for the March 2010 meeting. c. Larry will contact Dennis Jacinto with Lester/WAI catalogue on ERA members getting a discount for subscription to kwikfinder. He will have the information for the March meeting.
