Minutes: ERA Board of Directors Wednesday May 12, 2010 Start Time 6:30 PM CDT Attendees: Larry Hagemeister, Mike Schroeder, Jason Kiser, Tom Barrett, Henry Henke, Wes Grueninger, Joe Bradish, Ken Plourde, Rich Herrington, Bob Thomas, Daren Roggentien 1: Treasurers Report: Mike Schroeder reported for Chris Thompson a balance of $18,715.25 with all bills paid in full. 2: Membership Report: Tom Barrett reported 439 members. There were 4 guest memberships’ requests. Of these when contacted 1 joined the ERA, 2 were considering joining. There was 1 International guest membership request. 3: Planning for ERA Trade Show: a. b. o > o j. k. Darlene Schroeder will handle registration for Joe Davis seminar. Larry Hagemeister has setup to have coffee, tea and soft drinks available for Joe Davis seminar. Henry Henke has a 36” flat screen for the ERA booth for training videos. Polly Shea will have positions of ERA Board Members printed on their name tags. There will be 2 tables set up for tools, parts, odd ball units etc. Henry Henke has printed note pads for handouts at the ERA booth. There will be DVD’s and Books available for purchase in the ERA booth. DVD’s will be priced at 1 for $35.00 or 2 for $50.00. Books will be priced the same as last year. Any new members that sign up at the show will receive an ERA portfolio and 1 DVD. Polly Shea will have Audio/Visual equipment for Joe Davis and Wes Grueninger to use. The Sunday board meeting/breakfast has been reserved by Larry Hagemeister for 30 people. The agenda will include elections and bylaw amendments. Mike Schroeder will bring backdrops and supplies for the ERA booth. NEXT ERA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY MAY 23, 2010 @ 7:00 AM IN COVINGTON, KENTUCKY.
