Minutes: ERA Board of Directors Sunday April 3″, 2011 Start Time 7:30am CDT Attendees; Wes Grueninger, Bob Thomas, Larry Hagemeister, Mike Schroeder, Joe Bradish, Dick Vensel, Joe Davis, Mike Dietrich, Alan Reynolds, Jason Kiser, Kenny Turner, Tom Barrett, Tom Reusser, Jim Thomas, Alan Melton, Dean Conner, Henry Henke, Ronnie Charnes, Harald Kober, Chris Galbreath, Chris Thompson, Bill Ernst, Daren Roggentien. Guests: Darlene Schroeder, Ron Davis, Gene Kaiser, Mike Conner, Matt Louis, Casey Barrett. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Chris Thompson reported a balance of $38,343.16. b. Chris informed attendees that paperwork had to be filled out to transfer funds into the certificate of deposit. The forms were completed at the ERA Trade Show. 2: Membership Report: a. Tom Barrett reported that he did not have the current membership total but all members that were up for renewal for the month of February had renewed. b. Tom reported that 9 new members were signed up before the Trade Show and 10 more during the Trade Show. 3: Technical/Training Report: a. Mike Schroeder reported on some of the highlights for the year. 1. The Tech. Line usage was up for the year. Mike thanked Bob Thomas for all the volunteer time spent manning the Tech. Line. 2. The Warranty/Defect form was completed and has had positive feedback. There has been Suppliers that are considering adding the form to their Web Sites. 3. There have been several additions to the Video Library. Mike thanked all the members of the Technical/Training Committee for all their help and input throughout the year. 4: Old Business: a. Membership Committee Employee. 1. Tom Barrett reported that Wes Grueninger and himself are putting together information to forward to Jean Harbrige. 2. Larry Hagemeister suggested adding Regional Vice Presidents to Jeans list of contacts. If there was a question that she couldn’t answer she could refer that prospective member to the Regional Vice President. Larry also suggested producing a DVD to mail to prospective members on benefits that the ERA offers.
