Minutes: ERA Board of Directors Wednesday November 16″, 2011 Start Time 6:30pm CST Attendees: Chris Thompson, Alan Reynolds, Ronnie Charnes, Hank Henke, Bob Thomas, Bill Ernst, Mike Schroeder, Dean Conner, Ken Plourde, Bill Skillings, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Chris Thompson reported a balance of $17,148.36 in the ERA checking account with all bills paid in full. The ERA has had an income of $88,779.75 year to date with expenses of $84,025.82. Chris informed that the budget for the year is on track. Chris informed attendees that he will have a budget committee meeting on November 28″ at 6:30pm CST via conference call. 2: Membership Report: Tom Barrett was unable to attend the meeting and forwarded the following information. a. b. c. d. The ERA has a current membership of 448. There were 6 new members for the month of October. Jean has made 107 membership calls for the month of October. Hank Henke informed that Jean informed him that she has had a lot of positive feedback from rebuilders on the East coast that she has talked with about attending the 2012 ERA Trade Show. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. b. Mike Schroeder reported that the committee spent most of their monthly meeting discussing subjects they would like to cover in 2012. Bob Thomas reported that the ERA Tech Line had a record usage for the number of calls and minutes used for the month of October. Information was given on 2 websites, wisconsinmotors.com has an updated website with information on starter numbers for each model of engine and delcoremy.com has updated their website. 4: Old Business: a. ERA Trade Show: 1. Ken Plourde informed attendees that the ERA Trade Show Planning Committee had a conference call on November 12, 2011. The committee discussed seminars that are setup and time slots that need to be filled. 2. Ken reported that the Venders reception for attendees will be held Friday evening instead of Saturday. There will not be a Friday evening
