Minutes: ERA Board of Directors Sunday April 15″, 2012 Start time 7:30 am EDT. Attendees: Henry Henke, Ken Plourde, Joe Bradish, Jason Kiser, Mike Dietrich, Kenny Turner, Harald Kober, Bob Thomas, Mike Schroeder, Tom Barrett, Casey Barrett, Alan Reynolds, Bill Skillings, Tom Reusser, Alan Melton, Ronnie Charnes, Bill Ernst, Jerry Kieffer, Daren Roggentien. Guests: Darlene Schroeder, Polly Shea, Crystal Roggentien, Dan Marinucci, Art Glass, Dan Smith, Lynn Gross, Conard Kober. 1: Treasurers Report: Chris Thompson was unable to attend and forwarded the following information: a. The ERA has a balance of $31,909.43 in the ERA checking account as of 4/10/2012. b. The ERA has the following funds in certificates of deposit. CD-1 Maturity date 10/12/2012 $14,374.46 CD-2 Maturity date 4/12/2012 $14,293.60 CD-3 Maturity date 1/12/2013 $14,290.89 CD-4 Maturity date 7/13/2012 $14,038.85 Total funds as of 4/10/2012: $88,907.23 2: Membership Committee Report: a. Ken Plourde informed attendees the ERA had 42 new members join from the period of March 1, 2011 thru February 1, 2012. b. The guest membership for access to the ERA Web Site it was reported that from January 1, 2010 thru March 17, 2012 the ERA had a total of 75 requests for guest memberships. Out of the 75 the ERA gained 1 new member. c. Wes Grueninger sent out 290 ERA Web Site Navigation DVD’s. Out of the 290 there were 53 responses with 4 new members gained and 49 that are current ERA members. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Mike Schroeder thanked the members of the Committee for all of their contributions and volunteer time throughout the year. b. Mike reported that there has been several videos and technical articles added to the ERA Library for the year. c. Mike informed attendees that with Wes having health problems it was difficult for the committee to finish some of their projects but Wes’s conditions continue to improve and he is able to spend more time on finishing these projects. d. Mike also thanked Bob Thomas for all the volunteer time he spends manning the ERA Technical Line.
