Minutes ERA Board of Directors Wednesday March 20, 2013. President Henry Henke called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm CDT. Attendees: Jerry Keiffer, Joe Bradish, Chris Thompson, Henry Henke, Drew Withrow, Kenny Turner, Rick King, Mike Schroeder, Tom Barrett, Howie Gore, Ken Plourde, Jon Prinvale, Bob Thomas, Wes Grueninger, Dean Conner, Bill Skillings, Daren Roggentien. 1: Treasurers Report: a. 2: Membership Report: a. b. Mike Schroeder reported that the ERA signed 7 new members for the month and now has a total membership of 446 Mike informed that Darlene has been receiving a lot of calls on the 2013 ERA Trade Show as well as providing membership information. Mike reported that Darlene has not had a lot of extra time to contact expired members. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. b. Howie Gore reported that the Tech. Line usage was down a little for the month. Bob Thomas talked about how things were progressing with the ERE Newspaper and the first ERA published issue. Bob wanted to remind everyone that had anything to contribute no matter how large or small to contact him. Ken Plourde inquired about the ERA selling Tech documents. Wes Grueninger responded that he has sold one document on wiring diagrams to a non-member. Wes informed that the individual was not an electrical rebuilder and found the information doing a search on the Internet. Wes also informed that all documents could be seen but not opened. Wes reported that he has not had time to get this set up so searchers can purchase the documents online. 4: Old Business: a. ERA 2013 Trade Show Update: 1. Ken Plourde reported that Wes Grueninger had sent out an email using constant contact informing members of up to date exhibitor information. Polly informed Wes that she would send him information to update members prior to the Trade Show. 2. Ken informed that anyone that hasn’t made room reservations that the Wyndham Indianapolis West had extended discount room rates through the end of March. 3. Ken reported that pre registration is at 73 and that number is about normal.
