Minutes ERA Board of Directors Sunday April 7, 2013. President Henry Henke called the meeting to order at 7:00 am EST. Attendees: Henry Henke, Joe Bradish, Jason Kiser, Ronnie Charnes, Bob Thomas, Ken Plourde, Mike Schroeder, Rick King, Tom Barrett, Casey Barrett, Larry Hagemeister, Bob Wagner, Alan Reynolds, Drew Withrow, Mike Dietrich, Harald Kober, Bill Skillings, Jerry Kieffer, Kenny Turner, Daren Roggentien. Guests: Darlene Schroeder, Lynn Gross, Art Glass, and Polly Shea. 1: Treasurers Report: a. Chris Thompson was unable to attend. Mike Schroeder informed attendees that the state of the ERA is economically sound. 2: Membership Report: a. Mike Schroeder reported that the current membership of the ERA is 446. Mike informed that there were 4 new members signed at the 2013 ERA Trade Show. b. Mike reported that Darlene had been very busy leading up to the Trade Show and had not been able to make membership calls. c. Darlene informed that most of the responses that she receives from delinquent members is that funds are tight. 3: Technical/Training Committee Report: a. Bob Thomas gave a brief report stating that most of the Technical articles have been generated for the ERA Web Site but with the purchase of the ERE Newspaper the committee will have to look at producing articles to include the Newspaper. b. Wes Grueninger acknowledge Ken Plourde for the exceptional job that he has done over the last year in producing videos for the ERA Video Library. 4: Old Business: a. Nominating Committee/Election of Officers: 1. Ken Plourde, who chaired the Nominating Committee, thanked Bob Thomas, Mike Schroeder and Chris Thompson for volunteering to serve on the Nominating Committee.
